Hello, I’m writing to report an uncomfortable experience I had at this Starbucks locations. When it came time to pay for my drink, the employee handling my transaction threw the card reader toward me and said, “you can take that.” I responded “no, never mind,” but the employee repeated “no, you can take that” and physically pushed my hand back toward the device. This interaction felt disrespectful and inappropriate. I did not feel comfortable being handled physically or pressured after I had already declined to continue the transaction. I’m bringing this to your attention because this is not the level of professionalism or customer service I expect. I hope this can be addressed so that other customers do not have a similar experience. Time:10:50am May 2, 2026

I’ve never sat so long and a drive-through ever. I’ve been sitting here for 25 minutes with the four cars in front of me. If you need a coffee quickly or you need to go through the drive-through quickly, this is not the place. This has happened several times to me here it’s literally 10-15 minutes a car

I go to this location at least 3-4 times a week at a minimum and they are always SO nice! This morning the woman at the drive thru gave me a free coffee cup & it's so pretty & it literally made my whole entire day <3
